Baked Peaches with Cinnamon & Honey

caramelize, intensifying its sweetness while softening into a melt-in-your-mouth treat. Drizzled with
honey, dusted with cinnamon, and finished with a dollop of creamy yogurt or mascarpone, baked peaches
are an elegant yet effortless dessert that feels indulgent but remains naturally wholesome.
Ingredients
 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
 1 tsp cinnamon
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 ¼ cup chopped almonds or walnuts
(optional, for crunch)
 1 tbsp unsalted butter or coconut oil
(melted)
Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F
    (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season the Peaches: Arrange peach
    halves cut-side up. Drizzle with honey,
    sprinkle with cinnamon, and add a drop
    of vanilla extract to each half. Brush
    lightly with melted butter.
